What is Lucasfilm thinking with their Mandalorian and Grogu marketing? Enthusiasm for Star Wars is at its lowest point ever. Why are they not sticking to the core elements of Episode IV and V that make the series fun to watch?

I remember distinctly in the time leading up to Episode I release, refreshing TheForce.Net and other Star Wars fansites constantly over weekend afternoons hoping for new updates in the same way we now refresh social feeds.
